We build playgrounds. But we build careers too.
At REDOX, we are not simply looking for employees — we are looking for people who want to leave their mark. People who care about how something looks, how it works and what a child feels the first time they touch it. If that sounds like you, let’s talk.

Production team
You will lead REDOX installation crews putting up themed playgrounds across Croatia and Europe: organising people, reading drawings, making decisions on site and taking responsibility for quality and deadlines. This is not a beginner role: minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, with a strong focus on installation work. Permanent contract, 07:00-15:00 Mon-Fri, bonuses plus Christmas and Easter allowances.
Your work will not end up forgotten in a warehouse: it becomes part of a playground children will play on for years. For almost 30 years, REDOX has been developing and manufacturing children’s playgrounds, urban equipment and outdoor fitness equipment in its own plant. We are looking for a metal fabricator or machinist: experience is a plus, and beginners learn welding, metalwork and CNC machines alongside experienced colleagues.
We are looking for a master carpenter who wants their work to stay visible. REDOX’s workshop in Donji Stupnik (Zagreb) is where wooden themed playgrounds are born before taking their place in parks and schools across Europe. Permanent position, working hours 07:00-15:00, salary from €1,500 net, and a team that takes the craft seriously.

A place where your work remains visible
There are few industries where you can literally point at something and say: I made that. At REDOX, you can. Every playground we deliver stands somewhere in a public space — in a park, a school, a neighbourhood courtyard — and bears witness to the work of the people who designed, built and installed it.
With us, you will work in an environment that values knowledge, rewards initiative and gives you room to grow. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues who have spent years building their craft and who share that knowledge with purpose — because a better team means better results for everyone.
Our work endures. It is visible, tangible and useful. And that changes everything.

High standards, human approach
High standards and a warm working environment are not mutually exclusive — at REDOX, we have both. We believe that the best work happens when people feel valued, heard and free to propose a better solution. We are not afraid of mistakes — we are only afraid of a job half done.
Almost thirty years in the industry have taught us one important lesson: a company is never stronger than its people. That is why we invest in people — in training, in equipment, and in working conditions that make quality, safe work possible every single day.
No open position for you? Get in touch anyway.
Sometimes the right person arrives at a moment when we are not actively searching — and that is always welcome. If you recognise yourself in what we do and believe you can contribute, send us a short message and your CV. We keep them on file and get in touch when the right moment comes. We are particularly interested in profiles from the fields of design and architecture, woodworking and carpentry, mechanical and construction trades, and project management. But we are equally open to people who arrive from unexpected directions — because a good sense of space and material does not always come with a predictable CV. If you have the drive to build something that lasts — we have a place for you.
