Metal Fabricator / Machinist (m/f)
What you’ll be doing
For almost 30 years, REDOX has been developing and manufacturing children’s playgrounds, urban equipment and outdoor fitness equipment. Our products are created from the first idea and technical drawing to final production in our own plant, and installed across Croatia and Europe.
We are looking for a metal fabricator or machinist who wants a secure job, regular working hours and the chance to build tangible, high-quality products with their own hands, seeing the result of their effort at the end of every day.
If you already have experience, you will get the chance to show what you know and keep advancing. If you are at the start of your career but want to learn and take the job seriously, experienced colleagues will help you master welding, metalworking and CNC machines.
Steel is the load-bearing structure of every playground we make. In our plant we cut, bend, drill and weld it into structures that must be precise, safe and durable. With us you can follow the entire journey of a product: from a technical drawing and a piece of metal to a finished playground.
Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble metal structures according to technical drawings
Cut, bend, drill and weld metal components
Work with hand tools and metalworking machines
Grind, clean, prepare and finish fabricated parts
Check the dimensions and quality of fabricated elements

What we’re looking for
Completed vocational training as a metal fabricator, machinist or in a related technical trade
Basic understanding of technical drawings
Precision, responsibility and reliability
Willingness to learn and work with colleagues
Attention to quality and workplace safety
Nice to have
Experience in MMA, MIG/MAG or TIG welding
Experience with CNC metal-cutting machines
Experience fabricating and assembling metal structures
What we offer
A stable, long-term job in a Croatian manufacturing company with almost 30 years of experience
Working hours 07:00-15:00, Monday to Friday
Regular pay and paid overtime
Christmas and Easter allowances and rewards for results and a responsible attitude to work
Paid travel and daily allowances when work involves field assignments
Professional training in welding and CNC machining
The support of experienced colleagues while you settle in and grow
Varied projects installed across Croatia and Europe
A visible result of your work: the products you make become places of play, movement and connection
Quality work gets recognised: reliability, progress and responsibility are rewarded with better conditions, new skills and professional development
