What you’ll be doing
Most carpentry jobs mean production runs. Here, there is no such thing: every playground is a new project with its own theme, shapes and challenges. One month you build a ship, the next a space station, then a medieval castle that will stand in the middle of a city park.
REDOX is a Croatian manufacturer of themed playgrounds with in-house design, production and installation. The wood you shape is joined with steel by your colleagues, installed on site and handed over to cities, schools and hotels. Your signature stays in public spaces for years, a feeling mass production simply cannot offer.
We are looking for someone precise and tidy, someone who knows what a properly joined piece of wood means, and who wants to work in a team where quality gets noticed, valued and rewarded.
Responsibilities
Craft and assemble wooden components of play equipment and structures according to technical documentation
Operate carpentry machines and tools: cutting, sanding, joining, lacquering
Prepare and process solid wood and panel materials (chipboard, MDF, plywood)
Maintain and repair wooden elements of play equipment
Work with designers and production colleagues on combining wood with steel structures
What we’re looking for
Completed vocational training as a carpenter or a related trade
Hands-on experience in carpentry and woodworking
Confident reading of technical drawings
Precision, responsibility and tidiness in your work
Nice to have
Experience combining wood with metal structures
Experience with outdoor structures or playground equipment

Working hours 07:00-15:00, Monday to Friday
