Installation Team Lead — Carpenter (m/f)
What you’ll be doing
Installation is the moment of truth of every project we do: everything the designers drew and production built becomes a real playground on site. We are looking for a master of the craft who holds that final step firmly in their hands.
As installation team lead you run the crew in the field: assigning tasks, controlling quality, precision and safety of the work, and resolving technical situations on the spot. Behind you stands the support of production, project managers and management, quality tools and well-organised work.
This is a position for someone who knows how to take responsibility: for the result, the deadlines, the crew and its conduct on site. If you have spent years building your craft and are ready to lead, with us that means a serious, important position in the company, with bonuses tied to results.
Responsibilities
Organise and lead installation works on site
Assign tasks and coordinate the installation crew
Install wooden, metal and combined structures
Read technical drawings, dimensions and installation instructions
Check the quality, precision and safety of completed works
Resolve technical issues on site without delay
Communicate with production, project managers and management
Look after tools, equipment and materials, and the professional conduct of the crew
What we’re looking for
Completed secondary vocational education as a carpenter or in a related technical trade
Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry, with a strong focus on installation work
Advanced reading of technical drawings (mandatory)
Independence in work, decision-making and problem-solving on site
A high level of responsibility, precision and organisation
Readiness for field work according to project needs
Nice to have
Experience leading people, installation crews or projects
Experience with combined wood and metal structures
Category B driving licence
